SHIPPING

Products over $89 are shipped via DHL service for FREE to worldwide. All International orders are shipped from our International warehouse in China by DHL Express. For Taiwan and Hong Kong, we use SF Express.
We do NOT charge import fees for international orders and every country has different policies and charges that you have to pay to get your products delivered. These charges are NOT covered in the sale price or the shipping cost.  Please contact your local government about these fees before you order since we do NOT offer refunds if you decline to pay. By submitting your order, you will be considered to accept this policy.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR MISSING PART?

If you received an incomplete order or defective please take a picture of the package, the items, and the packing slip and send an email to our customer service within 48 hours after the delivery for further assistance, otherwise, we won't be able to process your claim.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?

All lost packages must be reported within 30 days of your order's ship date. If we are notified of a lost package after this timeframe, we will not be able to process your request.

 

OUR WARRANTY

We provide a 1-year warranty on all of our products.

OUR WARRANTY: If your product fails due to defects in material or workmanship, we’ll repair or replace it, a shipping cost will apply. Contact us by email at support@carryspeed.com. Repair or replacement due to accident, improper care, or negligence, will be revised case by case and some cases will be performed at a reasonable charge plus shipping fee. The safety strap must be used while the Carry Speed strap is in used. The warranty is voided if the customer is not using the safety strap. This warranty excludes all claims to any incidental or consequential loss to personal property such as camera equipment carried by our product, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and any other implied warranties. The warranty is limited to any purchase made through our website store and Amazon (Prove of purchase is required).

 

RETURNS

1.We accept return within 14 days starting from the date the item is delivered. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original box and must include all accessories. We can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If all conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee. 

2.We accept return over 14 days but within 30 days starting from the date the item is delivered. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original box and must include all accessories. We can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If all conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 30% restocking fee. 

3.We will NOT accept the return after 30 days starting from the date the item is delivered. 

4.The refund will be issued in the same original purchase price. International customers refund value might change due to foreign fees and currency changed; check your bank for more information.
